By Any Other Name Crochet Headband

“What’s in a name? That which we call a rose. By any other
word would smell as sweet.” – William Shakespeare

By Any Other Name is the sister crochet version of my Juliet pattern. This pattern is a simple, lacy headband designed to be worn in a retro 50’s style way. Its simplistic lace and easy to memorize repeat is a great “just one more row” project – I plan to make quite a few for several of my girlfriends!

Finished Measurements: 19” circumference x 4” width (will fit up to a 24” head)

Yarn: 20 grams of Adelaide Cottage Yarn on the Adelaide Sock base or 120 yards of fin-gering weight yarn

Hook: US size E/4 – 3.5 mm

Gauge: 28 sts x 18 rows = 4” in half-double crochet

Additional Supplies: Tapestry needle, scissors, blocking mats + blocking pins

Pattern is very beginner friendly. The lace is simple and easy to follow – not to mention incredibly easy to memorize!
